For more than seven decades, Duttons has proudly served the Adelaide Hills community as a trusted, family‑owned dealership. We are now seeking an experienced Business Manager (F&I) to join our dedicated team and help us continue delivering exceptional customer experiences.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers through the vehicle purchase process by offering tailored finance and insurance solutions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic dealership environment and values genuine customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide customers with clear, compliant finance and insurance options
- Manage all F&I documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities
- Build strong relationships with lenders, insurers, and customers
- Maintain high ethical standards and ensure full compliance
- Achieve performance targets while delivering outstanding service
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or F&I Manager in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of finance and insurance products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to customer care
- Relevant accreditation (e.g., MFAA/CAFBA) highly regarded
- Clear credit file and clear police record to represent our financier
